WiFi More Important Than Sex, According to Recent Survey

WiFi is essential to life in the 21st century, and a recent survey has shown just how essential it is to people’s lifes, revealing that more people would rather go without sex than access to the internet.

New research from Linksy, a North American home networking brand, found that WiFi is seen as a priority, even over sex and smart phones, coming in second after food.

The study surveyed 1,002 adults in the US who live in a home with 3 or more other people.

In addition to shedding light on the things people can’t live without, the study also showed that the average home has over eight WiFi enabled devices.

Despite choosing WiFi as a life essential, over half of respondents didn’t know which type of WiFi technology their WiFi router used.

The survey also revealed that only 1 in 8 had switched over to the latest Wireless-AC standard, explaining why over 50% of people reported that they still suffering from frequent buffering and other performance issues.
